STEREO ZOOM MICROSCOPE
MAKE DINESH SCIENTIFIC
DESCRIPTION:
A stereo zoom microscope, alternatively referred to as a stereo or stereoscopic microscope, is a kind of optical microscope intended for low to moderate magnification three-dimensional object observation. It is frequently employed when a detailed, three-dimensional image of a specimen is needed in a variety of scientific, industrial, and educational contexts.
LIGHT MICROSCOPES:
- The most popular kind of microscope used in pathology and research are bright field microscopes. They are useful for seeing stained specimens and offer a bright background.
USING BOTH EYES AT ONCE:
- A binocular eyepiece or eyepieces enable users to view the specimen with both eyes when using a stereo zoom microscope. Comparing this to monocular microscopes, the viewing experience is more comfortable and natural.
MODIFICATION OF MAGNIFICATION:
- In a stereo zoom microscope, the term “zoom” describes the capacity to continually adjust the magnification within a predetermined range. The magnification level changed by the user to study the specimen at various scales or to concentrate on certain details.
SOFTWARE FOR IMAGING AND ANALYSIS:
CONSTRUCTION AND TECHNICAL FEATURES:
- Stereo zoom microscope with built-in camera
- Apochromatic, Greenough-designed optics used.
- Zoom ratio: at least 9:1.
- Magnification: 6.5X to 55X or higher with a 10X eyepiece and a 1X objective.
- At the lowest magnification, the field of view 35 mm
- Resolution: 450 lp
- Depth of field: at least 10 mm
- Pair of eyepieces: 10X with a diameter of at least 23 mm
- Angle of view: approximately 35° inclination.
- Working distance with a single goal: 90 mm
- Zoom limitations that can be adjusted: roughly at 10x, 20x, 30x, 40x, and 50x
- 51–75 mm is the interpupillary distance.
- Illumination: To provide side or overhead illumination for the sample. LED ring light source with built-in segmentation lighting control.
- Zoom encoded in the system. in order for the zoom factor and magnification data automatically stored
- The microscope can simultaneously reach unconstrained high resolution and great depth.
TRINOCULAR HEAD (OPTIONAL):
Some models come with a trinocular head, allowing users to attach a camera for imaging or documentation purposes while simultaneously viewing through the eyepieces.
MECHANIZED MICROSCOPY:
- Microscopy technologies are becoming more and more automated, enabling higher throughput analysis and more productivity in pathology and research labs.
RESEARCH USES:
- In several scientific fields, such as cell biology, microbiology, neuroscience, and developmental biology, microscopes are essential instruments. The structure and operation of cells, tissues, and organisms are studied by researchers using microscopes.
