SPECTROPHOTOMETER
MAKE DINESH SCIENTIFIC MODEL DS-SP-1900T
Product Description
We M/s Dinesh Scientific are a leading Manufacturer of Nano Spectrophotomter, Double Beam Microprocessor UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, Advance Single Beam Microprocessor UV-VIS Spectrophoto-meter, Touch Screen Double Beam UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, Visible Spectrophotoeter and Fluorescence Spectrophotomter from Ambala, India.
Principal Of Spectrophotometer :
A spectrophotometer measures the number of photons emitted to estimate the intensity of light spectra absorbed and transmitted by a sample. This provides information on the amount of a compound in the sample.
Technique Of Spectrophotometer :
Spectrophotometry is an experimental technique that is used to measure the concentration of solutes in a specific solution by calculating the amount of light absorbed by those solutes. [1] This technique is powerful because certain compounds will absorb different wavelengths of light at different intensities.
Two Type Of Spectrophotometer :
Among the different types of spectrophotometry, there are two primary methods employed; absorption spectrophotometry, which is concerned with the absorption of radiation and specific spectra of light, and Ultraviolet-Visible Range spectrophotometry, which is concerned with the reflectance of specific spectra of a given .
Three Main Component Of Spectrophotometer :
A spectrophotometer consists of three primary components: a light source, optics to deliver and collect the light, and a detector.
Types Of Spectrophotometer:
- VIS spectrophotometer.
- UV VIS spectrophotometer.
- Infrared spectrophotometer.
- Fluorescence spectrophotometer.
- Atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
Spectrophotometer Is Called:
Spectrophotometer (also known as a UV-Vis Spectrometer)
Scope Of Applications:
- Spectrophotometry is widely used for quantitative analysis in various areas (e.g., chemistry, physics, biology, biochemistry, material and chemical engineering, clinical applications, industrial applications, etc). Any application that deals with chemical substances or materials can use this technique
- Spectrophotometry is most commonly used in biomedical and life science research, which includes both academic and industrial research. Typical spectrophotometry applications are the measurements of nucleic acids, proteins and bacterial density.
- A spectrometer measures the wavelength and frequency of light, and allows us to identify and analyse the atoms in a sample we place within it.
