REFRIGERATED CENTRIFUGE
MAKE DINESH SCIENTIFIC
DESCRIPTION:
An apparatus used in laboratories to separate components of a liquid mixture according to their size and density is the non-refrigerated centrifuge. In contrast to refrigerated centrifuges, which may also maintain low temperatures during centrifugation, non-refrigerated centrifuges run at room temperature. A general description of a non-refrigerated centrifuge for use in research and general applications found here.
FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPT OF FUNCTION:
Based on the principle of sedimentation, centrifugation separates particles in a liquid sample by applying centrifugal force, which causes the particles to move outward and form discrete layers according to their density. High-speed centrifugal force produced by the centrifuge’s rotation separates the sample’s particles.
APPLICATIONS:
Biological Samples, Including Cell Cultures, Blood, And Urine, Are Separated for General Purposes.
Applications of Research in the Biological Sciences, Including Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
Particle Separation in samples from the environment and industry.
IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS:
Options for Speed and Rotor: Differentiable speed settings to suit rotor types and sample kinds for particular uses.
CAPACITY:
Various capacity rotor choices are available to accommodate a range of sample quantities.
DIGITAL REGULATORS:
An easy-to-use interface for configuring variables like time, speed, and acceleration/deceleration rates.
SAFETY FEATURES:
To guarantee safe operation, safety features such as unbalance detection and lid-locking mechanisms are included.
