PENDULUM CHARPY IMPACT TESTING SYSTEM
MAKE DINESH SCIENTIFIC MODEL DS-ITM-400
DESCRIPTION:
An automatic impact testing machine is designed for determining the impact resistance of materials such as metals, plastics, and composites under controlled conditions. It operates with an automated system to ensure high accuracy, repeatability, and operator safety. The machine typically consists of a robust frame, a high-energy pendulum or striker, and a digital control system for automated test execution. It is capable of conducting Charpy and Izod impact tests as per international standards like ASTM, ISO, and EN. The automation includes motorized pendulum lifting, automatic specimen positioning, and data acquisition with graphical analysis.
FEATURE:
Auto release: the pendulum swings downward to shatter the specimen and display the reading in joules on the digital monitor.
Completely automated
A machine cover with an enclosure that has interlocking doors
A high-resolution encoder that can read energy absorbed below 1 J.
HMI with a touch screen.
Data logging from USB output.
Touchscreen operation done by hand.
Features for calibration.
The generation of new files
T ester Auto Impact,
The pendulum lifts, loads the specimen, and releases itself automatically.
The antifriction bearings support the pendulum.
Using safety enclosures for whole safety operation
