 Specifications

1. The chamber will be made of Stainless Steel and will be easy to clean.
2. The chamber external housing will be made of textured stainless Steel.
3. The chamber capacity 30 Liters.
4. The temperature range will be Ambient 10° C up to + 300° C.
5. The temp variation in time at 150° C will be < +/- 0.6 K or better and temp uniformity will be < +/- 2K.
6. The unit will be fitted with 1 Nos Stainless Steel grids and there will be facility to accommodate 3 Nos additional grids/shelves.
7. The heating elements will be located on all 4 sides to ensure temp homogeneity inside the Oven.
8. The unit will be equipped with a fan for internal air circulation and it will be possible to adjust the fan speed from 0 % to 100% in steps of 10 %.
9. There will be provision for adjusting the fresh air intake and the fresh air will be preheated before it enters inside the oven to ensure that there is no sudden drop in temperature.
