Laminar Airflow System Allows Operations In Sterile And Particle-Free Conditions Because The Continuous Flushing Of The Working Area By A Unidirectional And Ultra-Filtered Airflow, It Assures Full Product Protection. The cabinet is made of Mild steel or stainless steel. These Laminar Air flow units are used for applications such as tissue culture, media preparation, sterile handlings, PCR sample preparation and many more. Laminar Cabinets Inner Chamber & Outer Chamber made of stainless steel high efficiency particular air filters, to achieve the air purification upto 0.3 Microns in Working area. Closed Inner Chamber fitted with HEPA having very accurate performance rate of air filtration, resulting in ceasing all air bore molecule of particle upto 0.3 micron in working Area of Laminar Bench and below outer chamber convenient for both sitting and freestanding purpose.

SCOPE OF APPLICATIONS:
A laminar air flow cabinet is generally used in laboratories to form a sterilized environment for processes such as plant tissue culture. .Manufacturing and operation of certain particle sensitive electron devices takes place inside the air flow chambers.
AIR FLOW AND FILTRATION:
Laminar air Flow principle involves double filtration of air. Atmospheric air is drawn through pre filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all airborne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Double filtered air blows in laminar flow through the work table at designed velocity of 70 FPM-110FPM(Avg. Air flow velocity 90 FPM.
