DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the laboratory fume hoods with cabinets is to offer a safe and regulated environment for handling hazardous materials and conducting experiments in laboratory settings. These fume hoods provide scientists and researchers with a complete solution because they have an integrated cupboard and an enclosed workspace.
The fume hood itself is made of premium materials and usually has a surface that is resistant to chemicals and long-lasting. The sash, which is vertically adjustable, keeps potentially dangerous vapors and fumes contained while facilitating simple access to the interior. By diverting harmful materials away from the user and into the ventilation system, the integrated airflow system makes sure that they are effectively removed.

NOISE LEVEL (AT MAIN BODY):
- Sound levels of less than 65 dB (the blower will be installed on a remote mounting kit)

STRUCTURE OUTER SKIN (MOC):
- CRC Sheet Duly Powder Coated (PCCRC). Outer Panel sheet 18 SWG and structure frame 18 SWG & 20 SWG sheet.
WORK TOP:
- Our worktops are traditionally constructed from thick DISHED CORED from a variety of MOC options, and they are even thicker at the MARINE EDGES to prevent spills and unintentional damage. Chemical resistance, splash proof, and spill proof Granite/SS-304 worktop that must be skirted from all sides to prevent chemical spills (per customer requirement).
CUP SINK:
- PP/Porcelain sink designed to gather chemical waste on the worktop.
INNER CHAMBER VERTICAL LINER:
- Heat and Chemical Resistance, Smooth-finish, fire-resistant, easily cleanable, panel composed of PRL integral work (6mm thick).
EPOXY POWDER COATING:
- epoxy colors that are extremely resistant to chemicals powder coated.
BAFFLE:
- Fumes are instantly captured and removed or slid at a much faster speed thanks to the specially designed removable back baffle.
UTILITY VALVES:
- According to international standards, our valves have fine utility control, can withstand 200 PSI of pressure, and have brass fittings for gas connections. Water, compressed air, nitrogen, and vacuum all require one each.
SUCTION:
- Airflow is distributed more easily with the help of a three-point suction system (for light, normal, and heavy fumes) with a baffle and finely tuned horizontal slots.
AIRFOIL:
- Design of Aerodynamics, Made of SS 304, this horizontal fixed airfoil mounted on the worktop offers safe fume ventilation and spill retention with an ergonomic design.
OPTIONS:
- PP + FRP heavy duty blower housing that is highly resistant to chemicals, complete with a P.P. blower and heavy duty motor. An additional cost is the M.S. painted blower housing.
