DESCRIPTION:
The method of extracting moisture from biological products without compromising their chemical structure, activity, or integrity is called freeze-drying. Specifically, items that are often biological in origin can have their moisture removed using freeze-drying technology without sacrificing any of their inherent qualities. In the fields of chemistry, pharmacy, and food preservation, freeze-drying is the method of choice.
PERK OF FREEZE-DRYING:
