DESCRIPTION
For important cell cultures, carbon dioxide (CO2) incubators offer ideal growing conditions and help prevent contamination. CO2 INCUBATOR AND ITS KEY FEATURES:
TEMPERATURE CONTROL:
- CO2 incubators maintain a stable and controlled temperature, typically set around 50degrees Celsius (body temperature). This temperature is ideal for mammalian cell culture.
HUMIDITY CONTROL:
- Maintaining an appropriate level of humidity is important to prevent evaporation of the culture medium and to create a stable environment for cells. CO2 incubators usually provide a humidification system to control and monitor humidity levels.
STERILIZATION:
