Specification :
- Will Have At Least 170 L Of Internal Capacity
- Temperature management of at least 4°C above ambient to 50’C with control increment of 0.1 °C
- Temperature accuracy will be + 0.4 °C at 37°C. temperature stability of ± 01°C at 37 < and Temperature uniformity of – 0.3°C at 37 °C
- CO2 gas range will be at least 0.1 – 20% with control increment of 0 1%. accuracy will be ± 0.3% at the specified Relative Humidity (RH) at 37°C. stability of ± 0.1% at 37 °C and gas uniformity of ± 0.1% at 37 °C
- CO2 recovery rate of at least of 6 min or less after door opening and closing event to attain 5% CO2
- Will have High-Temperature Disinfection [HTD] of at least 180 “C for 2 hours. Entire HTD cycle including the time for warming up and cooling down to incubation temperature (37°C) will not take more than 14 hours.
- Will have Touch Screen display with Advanced User Interface and on-board data log and option to transfer data via USB interface.
- The system will have inbuilt Internet of Things (loT) technologies to communicate with cloud based Monitoring and alarm systems without any requirement for additional probes and or accessories. It will be able to provide access to monitor CO2 incubator and receive Notifications via Email and or Mobile phone SMS from any geographical location with Internet connection.
- Will have option to Retrofit field upgrade with 02 option later on after purchase.
- The input gas pressure required will be 0.1 MPa (I bar. 14.4 psi).
- The system will have BMS relays built in and option to incorporate onto Data monitoring and documentations modules.
- Will have 4 split segmented glass door for monitoring of samples without disturbing conditions of the chamber, additional contamination prevention and also further increasing CO2 recovery after door opening.
- Will come with an inline pressure regulator to ensure less gas consumption and prevent overshooting of pressure which shortens life span of incubator.
- The Inner chamber will be formed from single stainless-steel sheet with deep-drawn and seamless design with no corners, welds or joints for higher capacity and ease of cleaning.
- Will have six-sided direct heating elements to ensure even distribution of heat throughout the entire incubator chamber.
- Will come with a removable humidity tray for easy cleaning and refilling of distilled water
- Will come with Humidity package for humidity display and Water level sensor of the humidity water tray.
- Will be “fan less” design to reduce chance of contamination, reduce noise level, minimum air turbulence and bigger usable capacity. Fanless system do not require chamber HEPA filter reducing recurrent cost and providing further protection against contamination.
- All gas inlet into the chamber will be HEPA filtered, the filter manufacturer will meet ISO-9001 2008 standards and all materials pass USP Class VI requirements
- Will have state of the art Infra-Red (IR). NDIR type CO: sensor with auto calibration feature to ensure accuracy of sensor automatically and will withstand at least 180 °C during high temperature disinfection
