Specification

BOD analysis system is required for analysis of BOD of wastewater/sewage effluent water samples.

The complete system will consist of ;

• Digital BOD Analysers Measuring Head will use APHA standard method for measuring BOD of waste/sewage effluent water (parameter: BOD3, BOD 5, BOD 7) with measuring range of 0-4000 mg/L with overflow indicator.
• The Digital BOD Analyser system will be fully automatic in reference to maintain temperature, function having measuring principle of Manometric with pressure sensor/Respirometric, automatic start under optimal conditions, automatic zero setting at start and with digital display.
• The Digital BOD Analyser system will operate under ambient range of temperature, which will be + 5 to+ 65 °C; Pressure range:- 500-1100 hPa; Display accuracy: ± 1 digit; Built-in measurement memoryfor 5 days with automatic data logging everyday.
• Digital BOD Analyser will have maximum sample load of 12 samples simultaneously with max 6 samples per set.
• Digital BOD Analyser will have Protection class: 3 IEC 1010; Protection system: IP 54 IEC 529; Certificatiobns: CE
• Digital BOD Analyser System will be easy to handle and user friendly, preferably will provideMercury free BOD measurement
• BOD Cabinet: thermostatically cotrolled (temperature range: + 5 ° C to + 40 ° C.); will be able to incubate at least 2 sets of Digital BOD Analyser at aitime.

• BOD CabinetWill have glass see through door with insulation which will help in display withoutopening and disturbing the temperature balance; atleast 4 internal sockets to provide electricity to stirrers.
• BOD Cabinet will have option for additional heating and forced air circulation.
• BOD Cabinet will have power supply: 230V/50Hz; instrument will be certified to CE, TUV/GS.
• BOD Standard will be provided with instrument (10 Tablets). “

BOD (Biological Oxygen System) package will supply with the 2 No. of Direct digital BOD Analyser, 1 No.of BOD Cabinet, BOD Standard. 2 stirrer platform with plug-in main power supply. with 12 Inductive Stirring System, 12 oxitop measuring systems, including 12 sample bottles, 12 rubber sleeves, 12 stirrer bars, 2 stirrer barremover, NaOH pellets, Nitrification inhibitor, overflow flasks, chart paper block and and any other accessoriesrequired for the complete analysis of the sample.
