Product Description

A versatile, electrically heated sterilizer under saturated steam of Adjustable pressure.Steam jacket made of thick stainless steel and gap is filled with high grade glass wool tobring the temp. Loss to a minimal level.The lid is made of thick stainless steel plate(joint less) or gunmetal plate and can be sealed by a joint less neoprene rubber gasketby wing nuts through hinged bolts by engaging slotted lugs on rim of the cover.

• Will provide heat resistant SILICON door gasket, capable of withstanding upto 140 Deg. C. Outer shell will also be made of stainless steel.
• Stand will be made of Mild steel with anticorrosion paint.
• Boiler and outer shell will be provided with air insulation.
• Lid will be made of steel sheet and tightened by radial locking.
• Joint-less gaskets will be made of Neoprene rubber.
• Sterilizer will be fitted with water level arrangement to indicate water position inside the boiler.
• Pressure gauge, air/steam release cock and two safety valves will be provided.
• It will have immersion type heating element 3
• Safety features of sterilizers: Door locking facility, Low water protection system, Pressure cut off facility and all other necessary safety features.
• It will be supplied with cord and plug to work on 220 Volts 50 cycles A.C. supply.
