DESCRIPTION:
Laminar airflow is the steady, unidirectional flow of air in parallel layers with little to no turbulence and a constant velocity. In many contexts, including scientific, medical, and industrial ones where preserving a sterile and clean atmosphere is essential, this regulated airflow is frequently used. Systems with laminar airflow are made to lessen the possibility of airborne particles like dust, bacteria, and other pollutants contaminating the environment.

AIR FILTRATION:
Ultra-low penetration air (ULPA) -efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters are commonly used in laminar airflow systems. By removing airborne particles, these filters guarantee that there are no
pollutants in the air entering the laminar flow area.
ONE-WAY FLOW:
Typically, the air moves from one side to the other or from the top to the bottom of the working area. By guaranteeing that particles are removed from the clean region, this helps avoid cross-contamination.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION
• The cabinet (Vertical) manufactured with cold rolled steel plate with corrosion-resistant epoxy resin powder sprayed on the surface, resistant to Fumigation solution, acid, and alkali corrosion.
• Stainless steel (Grade 304) operation platform without screws and arc angle corners to prevent contamination.
• a spill-retaining design in the recessed work area of the table for accidental liquid microbial broth spill.
• Side of the LAF workbench will be covered with UV-resistant toughened/tempered glass for visibility and light.
SAFETY
• An audible alert will alert the operator if the window is raised higher than is advised. A special feature of the system will sound an alarm to cut off the air supply if the negative pressure exceeds a certain threshold, preventing contamination from entering the laboratory.
