LYOPHILIZER CUM CONCENTRATOR
MAKE DINESH SCIENTIFIC
DESCRIPTION:
The method of extracting moisture from biological products without compromising their chemical structure, activity, or integrity is called freeze drying. Specifically, items that are often biological in origin can have their moisture removed using freeze drying technology without sacrificing any of their inherent qualities. In the fields of chemistry, pharmacy, and food preservation, freeze drying is the method of choice.
PERK OF FREEZING DRYING:
- It is possible to freeze-dry heat-sensitive biological products without compromising their efficacy. At normal temperature, the dehydrated materials can be kept for years without losing any of their original properties.
- The material that has been freeze-dried can be packaged and carried in tiny containers; no forward refrigeration is required.
- Products that have been freeze-dried do not contain bacteria or enzyme activity, and proteins do not coagulate.
- Using a high vacuum during the drying and sealing process totally prevents oxidation of various components, including vaccinations and hemoglobin.
WORKINGS OF A FREEZE DRYER:
- A drying chamber or manifold that is used to connect or hold the containers containing the samples that have already been frozen.
- A low-temperature condenser to capture moisture vapor and direct non-condensable vapors to the pump for atmospheric release.
THE FOLLOWING FUNDAMENTAL SPECIFICATIONS ARE INCLUDED WITH ALL UNITS:
- A high-vacuum, two-stage pumping system with gas ballast that allows vapor to flow to the condenser quickly for drying, with an ultimate vacuum 10 microns on the pump head.
SALIENT FEATURES:
- Freeze dryer of the Bench Top type.
- The inner chamber is composed of non-magnetic stainless steel, while the outer chamber is built of appropriately powder-coated CRC sheet.
- Complete with a see-through Perspex lid.
- To reduce heat loss, high-grade PUF is insulated between the inner and exterior chambers.
- Mounted on swivel casters, it is housed in a superstructure steel frame.
- The top panel and condenser (COLD TRAP) are made of stainless steel (SS-304 grade).
- Copper refrigeration coils that are bonded to the externally insulated condenser.
- Long service life, good efficiency, and low noise compressor.
- Adheres to worldwide green environment requirements.
- A pre-freeze feature is present in the big opening condenser.
- A clear drying chamber that is safe and easy to use.
- Low volume
