PILOT OPEN ORBITAL SHAKER
MAKE DINESH SCIENTIFIC
DESCRIPTION:
To mix the pertussis antigen vaccine inside either 20- or 10-liter borosilicate glass bottles, a pilot open orbital shaker is needed. installed in a facility that complies with cGMP.
FUNCTIONALITY:
- ORBITAL SHAKING: This type of shaker provides a circular or orbital motion to mix samples. It’s commonly used in laboratories for tasks such as agitating liquid samples, mixing reagents, or incubating samples with gentle shaking.
- OPEN DESIGN: The “open” designation suggests that the shaker has an accessible design, possibly with a large, flat shaking platform that can accommodate various types of containers such as flasks, beakers, or plates
FEATURES:
- ADJUSTABLE SPEED: Typically, orbital shakers have adjustable speed settings, allowing users to control the rate of shaking to suit different experimental needs.
- VARIABLE ORBIT: Some models offer adjustable orbital diameters, providing flexibility in mixing intensity.
- TEMPERATURE CONTROL: Depending on the model, the shaker might include temperature control features for applications requiring precise temperature conditions.
- CAPACITY: The open design usually supports multiple containers or larger sample volumes.
APPLICATIONS:
- BIOLOGICAL RESEARCH: Often used for culturing bacterial or yeast cultures, where gentle, consistent mixing is required.
- CHEMICAL PROCESSES: Useful for mixing solutions or reagents in chemical experiments.
- PHARMACEUTICALS: Employed in drug development and quality control processes to ensure thorough mixing of ingredients.
BENEFITS:
- VERSATILITY: The open platform can be adapted to various sizes and types of containers.
- EASE OF USE: Open shakers are generally user-friendly with straightforward controls for speed and motion.
- ENHANCED MIXING EFFICIENCY: The orbital motion can lead to more effective and uniform mixing compared to other shaking methods.
SAFETY FEATURES:
- Overcurrent cutoff; automated power-outage restart at pre-programmed speed.
