AUTOCLAVE MACHINE FOR STERILIZATION OF DENTAL INSTRUMENTS
MAKE DINESH SCIENTIFIC
DESCRIPTION:
Often referred to as a benchtop sterilizer, a tabletop sterilizer is a small, lightweight device used in labs, hospitals, and other environments to sterilize a variety of devices and equipment. To ensure that the objects they treat are free of dangerous pathogens, these sterilizers employ a variety of techniques to eradicate or deactivate microorganisms like bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Bowie & Dick, HELIX, VACUUM leak tests, and five other pre-selected sterilization programs are included in our digital, fully automatic Class B dental autoclave machines. Our B Class sterilizer has an LED display and a soft touch controller with a microprocessor-based controller. Additionally, it contains a little printer that prints time and data along with the sterilization cycle data. Low water level and water quality precautions are integrated into the 4 liter clean water tank. Drops of emitted steam are also collected in a single waste water collection tank.
DISPLAY FEATURES:
- The display provides essential information including inner chamber pressure and temperature
- Low water level in the reservoir
- Overfill water level in the reservoir,
- Door open position
- Door closed position, type and status of sterilization cycle, and test cycle completion and abort with error analysis display in case of abort.
A TABLETOP STERILIZER’S GENERAL DESCRIPTION IS GIVEN HERE:
DIMENSIONS AND STYLE:
Conveniently positioned on laboratory benches or countertops, tabletop sterilizers are compact in size.
often have a room where objects sterilized can be placed.
WAYS OF STERILIZATION:
Autoclaving: A common method used by tabletop sterilizers, autoclaving entails subjecting objects to high temperatures and pressure-saturated steam. This successfully eliminates spores and microbes.
Additionally, certain models might provide alternate sterilization techniques as chemical or dry heat sterilization.
POWER PANEL:
Including an easy-to-use control panel for effortless operation.
Adjustments to the sterilization time, pressure, and temperature are possible settings.
MATERIAL OF THE CHAMBER:
Because the sterilizing process involves high temperatures and pressures, the sterilization chamber is typically constructed from sturdy materials like stainless steel.
APPLICATION:
Extensively utilized in dentist offices, veterinary clinics, medical and research labs, and other locations where equipment and tool sterilization is essential.
PORTABILITY:
Because of their conveniently transportable design, they can be used in the field or in different parts of a facility.
CAPACITY:
Users can select a tabletop sterilizer model that best fits their needs by selecting from a variety of sizes and capacities.
MAINTENANCE:
It is advised to perform routine maintenance and validation operations to guarantee the sterilizer’s dependability and efficacy.
It’s crucial to remember that different tabletop sterilizer brands and models may have varied features and specs. Users always adhere to the usage, maintenance, and sterilization procedures specified by the manufacturer.
SAFETY FEATURES :
- Safety features include a door protection mechanism to prevent accidental door opening under high and temperature.
- Auto-shutoff in case of low water, Overheating, and earth leak, and discontinuation/non-start of the cycle in case of low water or door open.
- Its cycle must not begin until the door is securely closed.
- A double locking automated safety device is needed to keep the door from opening while the chamber is under pressure.
- It ought to have an automated safety shut-off to stop the chamber from overheating.
- The autoclave and generator should be equipped with safety pressure-release valves for the chamber.
