Ultra Low Temperature Deep Freezers are suitable for Research Lab, Biological and Industrial Application Both Vertical & Horizontal Models are available.Double Walled Construction outer made of MS Sheet, with Powder Coated Paint and Inner of Stainless Steel, PUF Insulation, Separate Flexi Glass Doors for each compartment. Temp. Controlled by Digital Display Temperature Indicator cum controller. Built in Voltage Stabilizer is provided.

Specifications :

• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer will have unique insulated inner door design for separate storage compartments to minimize frost build up in the inside the chamber.
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer will be upright with Double Door -86°C (Will maintain -86°C at ambient temp. up to 32°C).
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer will have a capacity of at least 460 Litres or greater.
• The warmup time will be Minimum 3 hours (Time To reach from -80 degree to -50 Degree Celsius)
• Heavy gauge, cold-rolled steel exterior construction with a powder coat paint finishes that resist chipping and rust-free steel interior.
• Freezer will have at least 4 Compartments with 4 individual inner doors with 2 outer doors.
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer will use CFC/HCFC Free Hydrocarbon (Natural) Refrigerant for faster temperature recovery.
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer will have specialized refrigeration system design using whisper quiet fan and compressors. The freezer chassis designed will absorb vibration and sound to reduce the noise level.
• Insulation will be: Vacuum insulation panel /polyurethane foam or both.
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer will have malfunction alarms including high and low temperature, Power Failure, Sensor errors, Clean-filter Hot Condenser.
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer will be capable of producing two types of alarm outputs: audibled buzzer and visible flashing light multiple built-in system protection code for controls, user settable delay to start voltage compensation system and protection against extreme high voltages.
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer will have Door ajar feature.
• Freezer will have minimum 2 cascading compressors for optimized refrigeration.
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer WILL be supplied with a 5 KVA Servo Voltage Stabilizer.
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer WILL have a total of five gaskets to safeguard the freezer temperature including four seals for the exterior door, one for each inner door.
• The Ultra-Low Deep Freezer WILL have a robust door latch designed for secure door closing and compact casters for ease of manoeuvring.
• A 5 KVA Servo Vol. Stabilizer will be supplied with the Equipment.
